Newly-formed 5-piece hard rock band is seeking a rehearsal space in north or west suburbs. We are all responsible, respectful adults. All band members have previous experience with sharing spaces with other bands, and understand the unwritten rules of the arrangement. We usually rehearse on Friday nights or Saturday afternoons. We have all our own gear, including PA, and would only need to share gear if space is a concern. Band members live in Somerville, Arlington, Reading, Chelmsford, and Lowell. We are hoping to find something in a location that is central ground - Woburn, Wakefield, Billerica, etc.

if rt 3A in Billerica isn't too far for Somerville and Arlington dudes there's a place I know, I can check if they are still open

The most well known complex where everyone goes just happens to be located right in Chelmsford not far for most of your members who are coming from Chelmsford, Lowell, reading etc. The price is right and it is not necessary to share your room with any other bands. Here is the Link
