Parody lyrics are not good for royalties. Because they're based on the original, the original author (Liam Sternberg) would get the loot.

And he never got a dime from "Erection", because his publisher refused to acknowledge the existence of the recording (to do so would be a tacit approval of the use of the song, which would have ended their TRO against us in '87). They've since changed the Fair Use law, but that doesn't help me, Liam or the German cover band much now.
