It sounds like she was living way beyond her means. An interest only mortgage at $2500 a month is crazy. Lets se what happens when she has to start paying the principle part of her mortgage also and her payments double.

No she's not the only one. There's a lot of stupid assholes who took out loans with bad terms that they couldn't afford.

i had to do community service and i did it at the dedham food pantry for a while

kinda depressing - set up like a store in the basement of a church

everything on the shelves was not healthy - all boxed or canned and preservative-ridden

and then they had the section of "fresh" stuff like meat and bread

they had ground beef in a tube, like jimmy dean sausage, but full of beef and without labelling

it's free, so whaddya expect?

i'm just sayin that its not all that great
