Same here, I was more curious as to how he got them.

Because it only could have happened one of two ways:

1. Someone from the noiseboard admin crew provided them to him, which I doubt.

2. Or, he (or somebody who works with him) used a harvesting tool and cracked them from the board without the users' or admin's consent, which is illegal.

Either way, it's a scumbag move.

Does anybody else on this board have your email, or are you subscribed to other bands' emailings? I think that's how mine got on there. Though I don't mind getting the ones from Martin, some good shows coming up.

I wouldn't mind if it were something I signed up for either.

I don't ever really care who it was. The fact that I'm getting unsolicited spam email from my noiseboard related login bugs the shit out of me.

Did bring names from my Overdraught and Basement Rock Club lists over. So maybe on that or you signed up on the myspace page box and forgot.

And the service Underground Control uses let's you desubscribe with one click if you don't want to get the helpful alerts anymore.

I've already done the unsubscribe.

I've never actually set foot in the either the Overdraught or the Basement, and I don't have a myspace page associated with that email address, so there's no way I'd be on those lists, unless someone else put me on it without my knowledge.
