I wish I still had my drawings from kindergarten- there was one where I used a crane to kill a shark by hoisting a big piece of metal and dropping it on the shark. The drawing cracked me up, but my parents through it away when they moved.

And DanPM- What school did you go to?

I should scan in the school report that my sister did on pork production in third grade. It was called "Hog Wild About Bacon."

Best school report ever.

Then years later in grad school it was revised to Hog Wild About Bacon: A sociopolitical examination of pork production in 20th century United States

Up until I was 13 I was able to go to the Little White Store and get my mother's friends butts. Virginia Slims. Kent's. Ultra 100's. They either thought I was a budding young homo or figured I was buying for my mom. I wish I had the brains back then to see what would have happened if I had asked for Camel's or Marlboro's.
