Last spring we were discussing wine making and a few of you expressed interest in the process. We bought the grapes yesterday and are planning on crushing/pressing them Sunday afternoon if anyone wants to join us.

And Pete would like to request that none of the participants wash their feet ahead of time.

i have friends who made wine at that barleycorn place out in natick but that process doesn't really seem all that hands on.
keep us posted on the progress of this.

where are the grapes from?

The grapes are from Cali, Zinfandel, Merlot and Carignane. I'll take and post a few pics.
