Reese appeared as himself in a 1990 short film directed by Brett Ratner called Whatever Happened to Mason Reese? that can be seen on the DVD of Rush Hour . He has also been known to attend conventions catering to both horror or nostalgia fans. Reese recently appeared at April 2007's Chiller Theatre Convention in Parsippany, New Jersey.
