That show - a Sunday show on a game day - would have been a massive loser. Poor attendance coupled with light drinkers. It was a Godsend (for me, especially) that that show was cancelled.

I believe the girl who allegedly doesn't swallow was dating a guy in one of the bands that cancelled.

I've worked shows like that. It's a pain in the fucking ass. Not worth anyone's time. The bands don't make money, the bar doesn't make money. Better to shut the place down for the night.

Ryan and his friends aren't the kind of people that keep clubs in business. Part of the reason Ryan and his friends complain a lot is because they can't get gigs because no one wan't to book a losing night.

Stop trying to pretend that you're any fun.

I can honestly say that I'm not going there based mostly on the skewering of that drag king girl. It's probably no big loss to anybody but I've got to have my principles.

Martin is one the better people to deal with as far as booking goes in this town. If a person finds him difficult that person is probably difficult themselves.
