It's strange. I never bothered to try to grow anything up until a few years ago, and now, I'm obsessed with it. And it's not enough to buy seedlings, I have to grow them from seed myself.

I've tried that with a grow lamp. They would get tall and spindly and then give out. I guess the light wasn't close enough. I like growing grass* in the house all year long. I like having a little bit of green around all the time... In fact, this just reminded me to bring some into work. It's one of the few things that I think may grow without windows.
I have pothos sprouting roots on my kitchen table for the office takeover. *cackle cackle cackle*

I have a pothos too, that wouldn't creep out of it's pot until I put it in direct sunlight. Now it's spreading all over the place.

BTW doesn't the air today have the caress of Spring?

The past few mornings have been GORGEOUS!! I can't wait to walk home.
One of my pothos grew thicker when I pulled it's windowshade halfway down. No idea what that's all about (but I like it).

It took about 15 years, but I just wrote out the check that officially makes me 99.9% debt free- the only money I owe now is to a 401k loan, which is deducted from my paycheck and is paid back to myself. I even might be able to pay that off early once I do my taxes. No more credit card bills, no more student loans, car insurance is paid off for the year, etc. And I have enough left over to go buy new glasses. Even I can't stay in a bad mood right now.

Thanks. In my quest to remain constantly pissed off I went and weighed myself after paying the bills, and found out I gained 4 pounds, so that was cool (I need to gain weight). Then I did my taxes and ended up with a decent refund. Yesterday was a good day.
