Thanks to the bands I asked that sent me songs for this mixtape. Also thanks to the others that have no clue I used their songs and thanks to the bands that either said "what the hell are you selling?" and/or just ignored my request. I think it came out pretty pissah anyway.

It is obvious that I am into POP anything. Everything on this disc is catchy whether it be power pop, punk rock, post-punk or whatever.. I am sure their is something on here for you. Enjoy...

Nice touch with the links in the tracklist above.

This is an excellent mix, on more than one level. First of all, the dynamics are great-- "flow" is always important to me in a mix, and this one has it down. Also, it's a killer driving mix-- it helped me survive a brutal drive to Plymouth on Thanksgiving in stupid weather and stupider traffic.

Most importantly to me, it introduced me to a number of bands that I have heard of/read about, but hadn't yet heard. I was particulary impressed with the giveawaytable-- excellent track. And there wasn't a single song that made me think, "I'll just skip that one next time."

Very, very well done. This should get mass distro.

KK nice job on the label, is this from disk factory again? how much does that fancy white back ground cost?
K 2
Actually, Gary (Rotten Drunk) did that for me. He did a great job and he did it fast. Because I didn't have the mix done until an hour before I gave him the master, I didn't have any fancy artwork added to the CD... but he CAN do that so if you do work with him, he can hook it up awesome.

This was a TOTAL sing along mix! I LOVE hearing things I have never heard before and then being able to sing RIGHT along to really engaging melodies

I esp liked the "dear Leader" track!
Thank you!

How cool is that. Jimmy would love this. They played this song in the church during his funeral. Great choice for a Haloes song too.

I played this track three times tonight....

I had just gone to visit my dying uncle.....and i dunno....it made me feel better....it's funny..i've always liked this song....and after jimmy died it feels a whole bunch different...like more IMPORTANT....liek hearing him drum, especially the flourishes...is the only way to connect to Jimmy....and it made me feel better about my uncle....who used to take the reel to reel tapes my dad would send home from occupying Korea and like all good younger brothers - record himself playing drums over my dad's messages home....I wish we had those tapes.....
