Again, lots of good ones left out; Renoir, Polanski, Fassbinder, Truffaut, Preminger, and so on. And there are a few - particularly George Lucas - whose inclusion is questionable. But we're limited to 25 choices, so there you are. Still, have fun with it.

Russ Myer??? As we all know, I am an adamant supporter of huge titties and movies revolving around said titties, but that hardly makes him one of the greatest directors of all time.
Hey, huge titties are all you can ask of any movie as far as a lot of people are concerned. I threw in a couple of left field guys (John Waters was the other) just to keep it interesting. |
