This Thursday night December 9 2010 at 8:30 PM, WGBH TV 2 will be screening "Voices From The Basement"
a documentary about Filenes Basement which should include an interview with former employee and local rocker
Richie Parsons ( from Unnatural Axe, Band 19, Future Dads, Tomato Monkey and many more) and the Unnatural Axe song about Filenes Basement "Shopping For A Friend"
Richie can be seen in the center of vintage photo #9 in the slideshow about the film on the WGBH website

cool stuff. The entire time I have known Richie he worked at Newburys, when did he work for filenes?
