i will never say never, i never thought randy moss would come here. but you look at the guys of questionable character that came here, the patriots had a desperate need for that position. they had no legit running back before corey dillon. they had no #1 receiver when moss came here. i don't really see how vick fits in here. they really like kevin o'connell as the back-up QB, he's a dual threat guy who can throw and run. they drafted julian edelman who is a slash type guy that can line-up at QB or in the slot, he looks more like a project receiver but could he was one of the fatest guys at the combine and could step quickly in if they feel the need to run some wildcat options. but then again only the coaching staff knows how ready these guys are to contribute so i will never count anything at this point.
