Epic choke by USA. They were up 2-0 at the half and have let up 3 unanswered goals. 3-2 Brazil in the 85th minute. Be prepared for loud music and Brazilian flags hanging through the sunroofs of cars all over the place tonight.

Yeah man, that sucked. I was hoping they'd pull off the huge upset. Did they look tired in the 2nd half or something?

No, Brazil adjusted and was ready for us in the 2nd half, quicker to the ball than us, also they kind of played
possum in the first half. I think they new they matched up well against and let us get over confident.

Big choke on the US' part. They came out flat in the second half, and the coach couldn't make the appropriate subs to adjust. When he finally swapped people out, it was too little too late.

Brazil in the second half was a completely different team though. And there is a huge gap in quality between the sides.

Massively disappointing loss, considering they were up 2-0 at the half, but getting to the final of the competition is still something to be proud of, especially in beating Spain to get there.

If it wasn't for Tim Howard in goal, Brazil could have been up at the half and won this thing by six goals or so. That guy saved the team over and over. The US showed it can compete with the big boys though, and that is a big step forward.

Yup....this pretty much sums it up. They did well considering.
Give it acouple more years. The US has some good talent, but
only a team like Brazil can "pull" that shit off. Sucks, but that's the
way it is.....
