I need to take the green line to the blue line Friday morning around 6 AM...does the T start running that early? I can't find ANY definitive answers on mbta.com and their trip planner is telling me to take a commuter rail, which doesn't make any sense. Does anyone know when this stupid train system starts running?

On weekdays the various subway lines start running between 5:15 and 5:30am. 6:00am should be do-able if you have a direct transfer, and your destination is within walking distance of the station. |

Thanks! That's really good to have. I looked for sooo long and couldn't find anything. I still don't understand why the trip planner is telling me to take the commuter rail to the airport. |

Maybe she's getting confused with the silver line? To someone that doesn't take public transportation, it probably sounds like it would be a silver train. |

Nope, I'm quite familiar with public transportation, just not with using it early in the morning, ha. It definitely says to take the Framingham/Worcester Line to South Station and then switch to the Silver Line. The only reason I was using trip planner was to make sure the green line started running early enough. |
