michael rooker's work in Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer was amazing...
i think he was in Cliffhanger w/stallone, but i never see his name anywhere...
IPB Image

chris mulkey was in another overlooked doozie called Patti Rocks long ago, and i've only seen him pop up in North Country (charlize theron) since... i'd probably see see anything w/either of these two guys in it

The Wrestler

Overhyped.

The only good thing about this movie will be the liberal use of Marisa Tomei's tits.

havent seen it in a while, but i am a fan

oddly, the first time i saw that film, i was at my friends house in NORWOOD (mid-eighties)

(i wouldnt call his role in THEY LIVE a lead role, though, he was def. #2,
but RODDY PIPER was the lead;
i could definitely see him doing another role like that though)

i dont see roddy piper making a comeback

oh, def. not a lead role, but i can't think of anyone who'd have fit better... best fight scene EVAH... also great in carpenter's Thing remake... i sadly agree on roddy, i always thought there'd be a niche for him, at least short-term, but he didn't help himself w/stuff like Hell Comes to Frogtown... not sure what the norwood connection is, but i'm from there

I wouldn't rank David Keith as highly as Keith David for chops, flexibility and overall presence, but I've always thought it would be great to cast them in a movie together.

But then, I always thought if I had the chance to cast my own movie I'd have Ted Lange play the vicious and unbalanced organized crime boss, so what do I know.

That, and the original Buffy The Vampire Slayer movie with Jason Priestley. (And Ben Affleck, though he was uncredited for the role as a basketball player.)

Dude was Luke fucking Skywalker.
