it makes for a pretty hilarious jog when the broad from american idol is on tv singing w/ no sound at the gym and you're listening to "back with a bang." especially in the post-performance comments simon cowell says "you really wiped the floor with blake on that song" because, well, the dude is a little more WASPish than that broad.

Learning to tune out Gym music while at the Gym is making me into a Zen Master, although I nearly dropped a barbell on my head when Jump by Chris Kross ( sp?) came on.
