Rotoworld: A source close to Brian McNamee told the New York Daily News that the trainer gave the Justice Department's BALCO investigators vials with traces of steroids and growth hormone, as well as blood-stained syringes and gauze pads that may contain Roger Clemens' DNA. McNamee's lawyers wouldn't say that was the case, though they did say they had evidence linking Clemens to performance enhancers. "This is evidence the government has that we believe will corroborate Brian in every significant way," said McNamee lawyer Earl Ward. |

If there are traces of the controled substances in the same blood without any b-12 in it Clemens is screwed here. Part of the analysis of the samples would contan relatives amounts of substances detected not just presence. That doesn't explain away your set up theory. However if Roger's prints are on the vial.... even a partial.... that would be indefensible since I beleive McNamee also testified that Roger supplied the roids in several instances. |

Clemens has flat out denied ever taking steriods, pointing to a lack of a third ear in the middle of his forehead as evidence. |
