Why would anyone be happy the Giants won (unless you're a Giants fan). The Giants are the bigger enemy.

I would think a Buffalo fan would hate the Giants more for the whole 1991 thing. Nope - the Bills lost a great game to the Giants. Cowboys flat out fucking kicked our ass. I still hate the Giants, but just less than those shitheads. 1999 Stanley Cup doesn't exaclty help the Dallas love either. |

Having been to this gaping shithole in person I can tell you this. The parking sucks. Even getting there 3h before kickoff there are 4 lane streets they take down to 1 lane. Cops with MACHINE GUNS. Uncalled for. A standing room only section with room for maybe 200 people but they cram about a thousand in there. And the whole time...not just some of the time...the whole time you are watching the huge fucking television instead of the game on the field. Kudos to the camera guys for all the beaver and boob shots though. Still it was as loud as Old Trafford back when Cantona was kicking in heads.
It looks more like an egg than a ding dong though and the architecture is pretty cool. But $12 for a beer and $10 for a pretzel is a little uncalled for. And they changed that cattle call part where the players run off the field between that bar area and the fans. They glassed the whole thing in. The Stars have something similar to this for Premium season ticket holders. |

yeah and the fucked up part was i was driving and they were making us turn right and go down yet anotehr street to do a U-turn when our parking lot was right there to the left. So i was sitting there debating if I could turn left and my buddies were like,"just do it they're not gonna shoot you!" so I make an attempt to go left and this fucking jar head Sgt Rock looking Dallas Cop points his MACHINE GUN at us. And starts yelling at us. I don't get it. I hope Jerry Jones gets hit by gas truck.

It does seem a little bit extreme, however, sports stadiums have been put on alert by Homeland Security this week. Seeing that the Dallas Cowboys stadium is the biggest one around it doesn't seem all that fucked up. Still, I would be more afraid of Texas police with such weaponry than anything else. |

Maybe this is me buying too much in to the Texas stereotype, but I have the feeling that these machine guns are out regardless of what Homeland Security is advising... |

Texas and Florida police scare this piss out of me. Regardless, the first machine guns I ever saw carried by Police was in liberal France. |

It confused me too becuase I was under the impression English police did not carry guns. Either way, texas cops especially the ones in suburbs around Dallas (Richardson, PLano, Frisco, Mckinney, Addison, Farmers branch) are overly prickish. |

And not "coming halfway around the world to try to pull some massive shit" terrorists, but "Hey Henri, I'm bored today, lets go blow up a car in front of the consulate" terrorists. |
