As are lots of St. Patt's day marches around our great nation ... first time since 1940. I'm sure all good Boston Irish Catholics will choose religious observance over drunken revelry, and puke-brawling along the parade route, no ? Go ! |

Flip - the parade in Boston is actually the Evacuation Day Parade.
Anyhow - it now resembles a Jimmy Buffet concert more than anything now. Ah, the good ol' days. Getting loaded along with the cops and booing Jesse Jackson. On the good side, you'll hear the word nigga at Disney more than you will in Southie now. |
