35-55% of the Waffen SS were foreigners. Belgians, French, Scandinavians, Estonians, Ukranians, Croatians, etc. They had no social or political indoctrination, like most of the Wehrmacht did in the Hitler Youth. They joined the SS to fight the Bolsheviks.

The Waffen SS were a (often elite) fighting force. The Allgemeine SS, or "general" SS, were the police force most often associated with atrocities. Many Waffen SS units were never involved in a single war crime. In fact, the Allgemeine SS often attempted to be associated with the Waffen SS at the end of the war to avoid being treated as criminals.

It's clear that Nazism strikes a chord with you. And glad we are for that. But in the future, try to do a little homework before you start committing yourself to print. You'll come off better.
