Last year my new years resolution was to join a gym and stick with it. I did that! So cool. My stress level went way down and I stopped grinding my teeth.

This year I resolve to renew my gym membership and be more even more focused on managing goals at the gym. 2010 I turn 50 so come October I would like to be in great shape and then start the slippery slope downhill to old age.
