Trophy hunting:= bad, hunting for food when one is hunting an overpopulated animal like deer=good for deer in general because there are too many of them and if you kill them instantly it's a hell of a lot more humane than factory farms. I think that is just an excuse to hunt deer. I've heard lots of theories on overpopulation of animals, and all point to the idea that nature will take care of itself. This is just a cop out to hunters license to kill. |

Nothing wrong with hunting for food. I think it is humane to thin the deer population (for a specified length of time during a specific season)....otherwise a portion of them would starve to death if they were allowed to breed unchecked. And venison is yummy. Not sure this is true either as I've heard female deer can reabsorb their eggs when food is too scarce. |

just so you know - the deer population was being managed by the native americans prior to the arrival of european explorers. when the natives got hit by small pox and other diseases (prior to any settlement) the deer population exploded and wreaked havoc over the region. other species like the carrier pigeon went out of control too. early explorers could swing a net just about anywhere and catch 20 of the little fuckers for a stew - now they are extinct. it's a delicate balance out there - which is why i think these climate change conspiracy twats are so fucking dangerous (nature will take care of itself...blah, blah, blah). that's such bullshit - humans have been shaping the environment for 2 million years.
Because we have forced them out of their habitat due to OUR overpopulation. |

Now that they are gone, the deer don't have any natural predators, except maybe for coyotes. |

Wolves and mountain lions were also controlled by the native population. That's my whole point. Vermin is actually making sense for someone who drives a mustang. Listen, we dont live in montana, new england has been well populated for several housand years. Before that it was covered under ice. Fucking fuck. |

You know what would really help the unbalanced animal kingdom? Hunting the one animal that fucked the whole fucking biosphere so it's going to have to start evolution again in a few generations from parameciums or swamp slime because some of the humans don't give a flying fuck about anything or anyone but themselves and their short-term gratification!

I would like you to read Bambi by Felix Salten and write a 5 page paper on the significance of the dying hunter. |

"eBay" as run by khan Ebeye as the shit hole of Bikini Atoll where we once told its inhabitants that when we relocate them to Ebeye because we want to do nuclear testing on their island, they can come back because it will be just as good as it was before. However, we know this to not be true, and the inhabitants of Ebeye were not happy having to deal with these unwanted guests - the people of Bikini Atoll did not get their fishing business back, nor did they get the housing promised to them by the US government, so now Ebeye being overly populated with poverty stricken individuals has become a dump because of poor conditions and the fact that the US uses it as a dumping ground. LOVE THE US!!!! |

was that what that picture was? fuck! Could be - these are from Ebeye ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The US has done some hideous shit to other countries and its own people, that unless brought out in the open to more people, they criticize people like Hitler - when in reality, what the US Government has done, is not that much better. Like the "practice rescue mission" in a nuclear attack - where the soldiers were told they would be safe, yet they all pretty much died of cancer - oh now how about how we heat our homes....... Lets talk about how 80% of the US's coal comes from Columbia, where they sell their children to work in the coal mines, where many die each year from mine collapse or lung failure. The US hires underground crime leaders so that if anyone fights the situation - like the hundreds of union leaders are killed, just as the families who have homes in the locations of where they want to mine. If they don't want to leave and hand their homes over, they die. And we are aware of this, and support it. This post has been edited by JuJuagogo: Dec 10 2009, 01:53 AM |
